I hate spam.

A few years ago I joined SierraSnowboard’s mailing list to make sure I get notified when they start marking down Burton gear, usually around the middle of the season. Let me clarify: I signed up voluntarily wanting to spend money, asking to be notified when to whip out my credit card and spend it. I mean honestly, it doesn’t get any easier than that! Well, after all these years, they’ve managed to screw it up and lose me as a subscriber.

In half a day, I got hit by 4 emails from these guys with all the same damn $1 sale. I just sent out 4 emails with unsubscribe in the email subject line. Wow, they just spammed me again shortly after writing this.
